Terms and Conditions

Salvestrini Studio  based in Madrid, Spain. All of our clothes and accessories are handmade-to-order crafted in limited collections from good quality deadstock and/or 100% cotton fabrics and yarns. All products are entirely handmade, knit and/or sewn in our home studio. We only occasionally hold a small number of stock. We offer tailor-made creations and no extra costs. 

PRICES

All prices are displayed in Euros (including VAT but excluding custom fees and other taxes) and are calculated as fairly as possible to ensure ethical prices and maintain high quality.

PAYMENT

The website accepts payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay, Google Pay, as well as PayPal. With PayPal, you can choose to split your payment into four installments at no additional charge. We use Shopify's and PayPal's payment processors, by shopping in our site you agreed to their this third party terms abd conditions.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Salvestrini Studio operates as a made-to-order label, we usually do not have any stock. The approximate production time is 21 working days from the order placement date (excluding weekends and local holidays).

We offer shipping to the EEA, UK, and USA; and shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply outside Europe, and we are not responsible for these charges. We are unable to predict if you will be subject to duties or taxes, as well as the specific amounts involved.

Customs fees are calculated based on the package’s value, and we will not accept returns or issue refunds for orders that were refused due to unpaid duties.

For orders outside of the European Union: By placing an order on Salvestrini Studio, you acknowledge and agree to cover the applicable VAT charges as imposed by customs services. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because all of our products are made to order and adapted specifically for each customer, it is not possible to return, refund or exchange an item. If you have ordered an item that does not fit properly or you have questions about the product you received, please send me an email at  hello@salvestrinistudio.com so we can find the best solution together.
